Dr. Tiffany K. Harbour is a public policy professional working on global cyber security public policy efforts for Bank of America. She is principal for Latin America and parts of the Indo-Pacific. Dr. Harbour joined Bank of America after serving as the Cyber Mission Manager and Senior Intelligence Officer for Open Source Intelligence for the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. She began her government civilian career as an information operations analyst and went on to hold several supervisory positions and senior intelligence roles focused on information operations, telecommunications, open source, and strategic outreach. Dr. Harbour previously served in the U.S. Army in intelligence assignments throughout Latin American and in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. She has served as the Air Force intelligence lead for Enterprise Protection Risk Management and representative to the Air Force Cyber Solutions Working Group.
Dr. Harbour’s academic and research efforts focus on land reform policies and agricultural economics in Latin America.
